Three of Britain’s royal palaces will be receiving a green upgrade through a joint British Gas and Rockwool UK insulation project. Insulation will be supplied by Rockwool and fitted by British Gas installers.

Approximately 4,500 square meters of insulation will be installed at Hampton Court, Kensington Palace Orangery and Tower of London’s Queen’s House. About 80% of the insulation will be fitted at Hampton Court.

British Gas currently offers free cavity and loft inslation to people over 70 and to people with disability or income related benefits.
